2025-2026 Registration Packet Below for those who have already contacted the studio and set up a start date, time and day of the week for regular lessons.
Bring forms to your first lesson or send pdf by email to: kathybowmanmusic@gmail.com
Once you speak with the office and a teacher and receive your start date and time, your registration packet will be emailed to you. You may also print forms #1-#6 below if you have lost or misplaced your forms or you wish to print easily.
